CAMPV

Love is forever

Spanning over 120 acres and featuring 14 charming cabins, Vancorum was originally developed in 1942 by the Vanadium Corporation to house engineers working at the nearby uranium mill. The property quickly became known as "Snob Hill," a nickname that reflected its role as the residence of the company's upper management. The mill and its operations eventually ceased in the 1970s, marking the end of an era for the local mining industry.

In the years following the mill's closure, the property was purchased by Pat Smith, who transformed it into a year-round rental community, preserving its history while offering a unique living experience. In September of 2017, StudioVille Crew acquired the property with a vision to honor its storied past while ushering in a new chapter. To reflect this blend of history and innovation, we rebranded it as VANcoreOM—often affectionately referred to as CampV.
